User roles#

The piler UI supports several user roles. The users' capabilities are influenced by their roles.
| Id | Roles | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Regular user | Can search, view, etc his own emails only |
| 1 | Administrator | Can administer the archive, no permission to see emails |
| 2 | Auditor | Can search, view, etc the whole archive |
| 3 | unused | N/A |
| 4 | Data officer | Can approve or reject deleting of emails marked for removal |
| 5 | Restricted auditor | Can search the archive without restrictions, but no permission to the actual emails |
